Team Brown Wynn

The Brown Wynn Team consists of a core group of experienced and dedicated professional women who have worked side-by-side with one another since the inception of the agency. Our ability to operate at a high level of efficiency is directly related to functioning as a cohesive unit. Our team is led by principals, Toni Brown and Tina Wynn who have worked with one another for nearly twenty years.

Toni Brown

Principal & CEO

 

Toni is a logistics guru! Just when you think you have thought of everything, she will present the stone that had yet been unturned.  Toni is an event planner to her core and believes in focusing on the details’ details!

 

Toni began her road to becoming a successful events professional as a Marketing Assistant on the Lou Rawls Parade of Stars television fundraiser for the United Negro College Fund (UNCF). She created The Flavor of New York, a food event pairing popular restaurants with celebrities from the worlds of sports, television, film and music to enhance the fundraising efforts of the organization. Her vision resulted in a sold-out event with over 1000 people at the World Financial Center Winter Garden and became one of UNCF’s most successful signature fundraisers. Toni manages all logistics, corporate sponsorship, volunteers and décor areas for Brown Wynn.

Tina Wynn

Principal & COO

 

Tina is a highly skilled organizer, writer, and creative thinker with a keen vision on how to turn the mundane into the extraordinary.

 

A long-time publicist, she refined her publicity and writing skills while a Press Coordinator for the CBS News Network beginning in 1986, working on various broadcasts including, CBS News Sunday Morning and Face the Nation. She left CBS to become Director of Publicity for Def Jam Recordings, executing the publicity campaigns for some of the labels biggest artists including LL Cool J and Public Enemy, and managing label release parties and other label related events. Tina crossed over to the production area of events shortly after partnering with Toni and directly manages strategies, stage productions, public relations and marketing promotions.
